The Arte Hotel Krems is perfectly located near the river harbour and local train station, making it convenient for trips to Melk and visiting museums on foot. The hotel is excellent for visitors of Donau University and is close to Krems and Stein towns. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great, and the hotel offers air conditioning and is cyclist-friendly.

the shower facilities were a bit odd. I was alone, so it wasn't a huge deal, but the shower had no door, it was just halfway open, next to/behind the sink, kind of strange. The water sort of leaked a bit into the bathroom, but mostly, I just think it would have been awkward if I'd been traveling with a friend because the shower was just open and there was therefore no real privacy.

The hotel is located in a great spot, close to the university and easy to access. the staff is very helpful and friendly. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. Breakfast is great and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. There is undercover parking available, which is a plus.

The hotel wifi was too slow to be of much use.

1-1,5 km far from the city center but close to a boat station(if you are planning to visit Melk). 7 euros for parking . Rooms were not very clean. Shower is in the middle of the room separated with glass walls(very peculiar and uncomfortable) A toilet(on the contrary) is located like a pantry with gliding wooden door without a basin which is near a shower. Airconditioning works very eccentric: you can hear its sound but almost don't feel any result.

Really comfortable, spacious room in a great location - just five mins walk from the cobbled streets of the Stein area of Krems - with secure parking, and great breakfast. Top marks!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right across from the university campus. It made it so convenient for me to attend my conference without having to worry about long commutes. The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any requests I had during my stay. I also loved how comfortable the rooms were, with all the amenities I needed like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast they served, it was hands down the best I've ever had at a hotel.

All in all, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this area.

Everything new and clean. Good design, although typical for modern hotels. And a bathroom without a wall is no news anymore.

Very basic bathroom kit. Liquid soap and that's it. For the price they charge they could provide at least shampoo and body milk. And the price is somewhat outrageous.

The breakfast had various choices and was presented impeccably. the location was great, in close proximity to the city center. the bar at the front desk was open 24/7, which allowed me to enjoy a nightcap.

The bathroom setup was uncomfortable as there was no privacy between the shower and the bedroom. the Wi-Fi was beyond slow and a higher speed connection came at an extra cost.

Clean hotel, excellent facilities, and free parking. Convenient transportation options close by. Located opposite the university campus, making it ideal for those visiting the campus or attending an event. Finally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.
